Hailing from the Empire state, Kyle Tofte has been a sleeping giant when it comes to electronic dance music. With a passion for balance and integration, he has been able to take life’s circumstances and work them to the beat of his current surrounding’s. Influenced by reggae since a small child, good vibes and uplifting vocals are a standard in his productions.
With his background as a Yoga Instructor, Tantra showed Tofte the Union of Shiva and Shakti. Which represents the element of creation and the cosmic energy that we all reside in. Music is an element of vibration that has the ability to empower and shine forth on everyone that listens. Energy is the main element that controls productions, creations, and the audience’s that he plays for.
Learning how to DJ and creating compositions became a reality after an injury at the end of 2011 that made him sit down for a six-month period. His injury taught that ecstatic passion towards a goal creates an endless opportunity for any idea. A blessing in disguise, this allotted the time to rest his physical body and allow his mind to expand to the outer limits. With his base audience in Jamaica, Europe and the United States, Tofte has the world in front of him. Keep a watchful ear for the many influences that will bring you from Darkness to Light.
